REFUND POLICY

trace.delivery (INTERNET SERVICE TECH LTD Reg. 15615341) provides a straightforward refund policy that applies uniformly to all customers and all purchases of our subscription service. This policy is fully aligned with the statutory 14-day cooling-off period provided under UK and EU consumer protection law.
ELIGIBILITY
Refund requests are accepted for all purchases made through our platform, provided they are submitted within 14 calendar days from purchase.
Refunds are available for any reason, including (but not limited to):
- Change of mind. No questions asked
- Duplicate, accidental or unauthorised payment
- Technical issues or dissatisfaction of service
EXCLUSIONS
There are no exclusions within the first 14 days.
Refunds requested after 14 days are not generally available, except in limited cases such as unauthorised transactions. We will always co-operate fully in cases of suspected unauthorised use.
PROCESS
Requests must be submitted in writing to support@trace.delivery or via our Customer Support page. Please provide your full name and registration email.
Optionally, providing additional details such as receipt, transaction date, postcode, or the last four digits of the payment card may help us locate your transaction more quickly.
Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction and may take up to 5–10 business days to appear on your bank/card statement, depending on your card issuer.
OUR COMMITMENT TO DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND GUARANTEED SATISFACTION
To ensure the fastest and most reliable outcome, we ask that all refund requests be submitted to us directly via the methods defined above. Refunds requested this way are guaranteed within 14 days. While you always retain the right to raise a dispute or chargeback with your card issuer, this process is slower, requires additional evidence, and does not guarantee the same straightforward resolution as contacting us directly.
Choosing to contact us first (even if beyond the 14-day period) ensures a quicker, simpler, and more certain resolution.
